As we see Agile
processes, one of the word that made to write this article is the word
"Shu Ha Ri". This is a Japanese Martial Art Term/Approach which
is a Displined Learning and Progression of Yourself to Master a Skill.
In other words, it relates you to learning any new Art,Feature, Technology or Methodogy. Here, while you start to learn it is phased into three parts to understand your Progression. Three phases are
Shu(守): Protect: Absorb and Repeat it.This phase will ensure you learn the fundamentals efficiently.
Ha(破):
Sever: Possess the knowledge and Teach
others along with learning in due process
Ri(離):
Transcend: Apply fundamentals and solve the issue
using possessed Knowledge/ Design Thinking
When we talk about
Agility, we practice and Technologies getting more closer to us day by day, I
think as a Individual and as Scrum Team “Learning” is everyday food. This
ancient technique will help Individual to experiment and evolve to integrate
new thoughts or ideas to Design or Problem Solving which resonates according to
Project Needs. Happy Learning guys!
How many of you guys heards this technique before and applied in your life and let me know did it really work?
